The Grinder NR is a North American supplied packaging system with a grinder that is non-removable and a PET container that is non-refillable. This nonremovable grinder is a convenient package that offers consumers the flavor of a fresh grind each time it is used. The distinctive safe PET container is clear, lightweight and shatterproof in an ergonomic design. The grinder, with its defined finger grips, provides consumers a smooth effortless grind. With a full size over cap and stacking ring, the grinder stays clean between uses and conveniently stacks in tight storing spaces.
Early in 2007, Weatherchem presents a dispensing closure for liquid condiments, marinades, sauces, dressings, syrups and liquid OTC healthcare products. The new LiquiFlapper® Closure System is the perfect combination of ease of use, controlled dispensing and safe and secure packaging. This unique one-piece design is used for controlled dispensing of pourable products. The tear-drop sealed orifice is drip resistant with a cut-off feature that eliminates mess and waste. The LiquiFlapper is offered in a 33mm and 38mm size with a standard .400 neck finish.
Keeping in line with Weatherchem's innovative style, the new sift resistant FlapMate Closure has a contemporary look for shelf impact and a one-piece design for production-line efficiency. The benefit of the sift resistant feature is that it eliminates mess and frustration of liner removal. With this convenient dispensing closure, no unscrewing of the cap is necessary. A light flip of the thumb demonstrates ease of opening and closing with this trouble-free cap. The product is offered in a 43mm size with a standard .485 neck finish. Three hole options are available - .125, .200 and .300, and are ideally suited for the spice and seasonings, confectionary, fish food, dry food and toppings markets.
A new generation has arrived at Weatherchem. The NutraGen II Closure System offers a contemporary full open orifice design. In three convenient sizes: 33mm, 38mm and 45mm with a standard.400 neck finish. The NutraGen II provides convenient dispensing of larger pills. With it's robust hinge, the lid stays open and does not interfere with the dispensing flow. Another important benefit is the positive snap upon re-closing that assures the product is safely contained.
